To fix this problem is very simple; you only need to request the Hotfix KB976972 from here. However, it might get trouble when you are using Windows 7 64bit.
If you use IE 32bit, the Microsoft website will mistakenly that you are using 32bit operating system and give you a wrong driver. I have be trying and searching for long time. Finally, I discovered that all I have to do is using the built-in 64bit IE browser to enter here.

但是如果你用的是64bit的Windows7，你會發現下載的檔案沒有作用，前面會寫英文是因為這個問題似乎在國外發生很多，但是一直都沒看到有討論區提出解決的辦法，我也是試了又試但是無法解決，最後才發現其實只要用內建的64bit的IE瀏覽器去這裡下載，下載回來的檔案就會是適用64bit Windows7的檔案。
